Return and Exchange Policy – Ready For Deal
ReadyForDeal.in aims to provide an easy and convenient shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible return and exchange policy.
Return Policy:
You can return items purchased directly from ReadyForDeal.in within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
Eligibility for Return:
- Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, and unwashed.
- Products should have all tags intact and be in their original packaging.
- The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Returns are accepted only for items purchased through our official website.
Valid Reasons for Return:
- Damaged or Defective Product: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective.
- Incorrect Item Delivered: If the item received differs from what you ordered.
- Wrong Size Delivered: If the wrong size is delivered.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Visit our Return/Exchange Page and log in to your account to create a return request.
- Select the order you wish to return, and follow the prompts to submit your request.
- Alternatively, email support@readyfordeal.in with your order ID, product details, and images of the product to start the return process.
- After we approve your return request, our courier partner will pick up the item from your address. If the pickup service is not available in your area, you may need to ship the item back to us at your expense.
Once the product is returned and passes our quality inspection, a refund will be processed in the form of store credit (gift card) that can be used for future purchases.
Please allow 2-4 business days for the inspection and refund process.
Note:
- We offer free reverse pickup only once per order. If an additional pickup is required, the customer must arrange the return and bear the shipping costs.
- If your pin code is not serviceable for reverse pickup, you will need to ship the product back, and we will reimburse the shipping cost.
Exchange Policy:
We offer a 7-day exchange policy for customers needing a different size or replacement for a defective item.
Eligibility for Exchange:
- The product must be in its original condition, unwashed, unused, and with tags intact.
- Exchanges are only valid for size-related issues or defective items.
- Items can be exchanged for the same item in a different size or for the same product if defective.
How to Initiate an Exchange:
- Go to our Return/Exchange Page or contact us via email at support@readyfordeal.in to initiate the exchange.
- Once the product passes our quality check, we will dispatch the replacement item to you. Delivery of the exchanged product typically takes 4-7 working days.
For International Orders: We do not offer free return or exchange shipping for international orders. Customers must bear the shipping costs for any return or exchange, and the request must be made within 2-3 days of receiving the item.
