Once your order is placed, we begin processing it immediately. After your order is processed, it is securely packed and handed over to our courier partners. You will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, which can be used to track your order on the courier partner’s website.

Delivery Timeline:

• For domestic orders (India), please allow 4-7 working days for delivery after dispatch. Dispatch takes 1-3 working days after the order confirmation.
• For international orders, delivery typically takes 9-14 working days from the date of order placement.

Payment Methods:

• For domestic buyers (within India), we accept both Cash on Delivery (COD) and prepaid payments. However, for orders above ₹7999, we recommend choosing the prepaid option.
• For international buyers, only prepaid orders are accepted. Payments can be made via international cards or PayPal.

Shipping Costs:

• Domestic shipping is free across India for both prepaid and COD orders.
• For international orders, shipping costs depend on the weight of the parcel and will be calculated at checkout.

Customs and Duties: For international orders, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and other import charges may apply and must be borne by the customer. We recommend checking your country’s policies before placing an order, as we do not offer returns or cancellations for international orders due to customs issues.

Order Receipt Guidelines: If your package arrives damaged or opened, please do not accept it. Instead, record a video take photos of the parcel, and send them to our customer service team to help resolve the issue.

Return Policy

At Ready For Deal, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Return:

1. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
2. The product should be in its original packaging.
3. The product must have been purchased directly from our website.

Valid Reasons for Return or Exchange:

• Damaged or defective item received.
• Incorrect item delivered.
• The wrong size was received.

Return Process:

1. Visit our return page to initiate a return request under the “Order History” section.
2. Once the return request is approved, our courier partner will pick up the item from your doorstep. Please allow 2-5 days for the pickup.

Please note: We offer free returns only for products delivered with the wrong sizes, styles, or defects. One-time reverse pickup is available. If the product fails the quality check, it will be returned to you, and no refund will be issued.

For International Orders: We do not offer free international returns or exchanges. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We only accept returns for damaged or incorrect products within 2-3 days of receipt.

Refund Policy

Once we receive the returned item and it passes the quality check, a refund will be issued in the form of a store credit or gift card. This credit can be used for future purchases and will remain valid until fully utilized.
